CHAMP is a methodology that has been pioneered by SIS based on over 15 years of solution development experience and over 200 person years of cumulative IT experience. This methodology gets updated and enriched constantly as SIS imbibes the best business practices on the completion of every IT project.
CHAMP in detail

Commence
In this phase, SIS understands the strategic requirements of the client and proposes multiple IT strategies to address the client’s needs. It involves strategic IT audit and consulting to arrive at concept and ideation of multiple IT strategies. These alternatives are jointly explored to arrive at the best fitment.

Harmonize
In the Harmonize Stage, the IT strategy is broken down to specifics wherein SIS proposes the perfect solution for clients. The Harmonize phase involves understanding of the client environment at the micro level and profiling the client's operations based on various parameters. Based on the profiling statistics, SIS determines the Best - Fit Implementation Methodology for the proposed solution.

Agree
Based on the study done by SIS in the Commence and Harmonize Stages, SIS presents the proposal to the client and provides the cost-benefit analysis to the client. Formal Agreement to the proposal from the client is obtained in this stage. Based on the agreement, SIS and the client jointly agree upon performance measures and various other aspects before starting the project.

Manage
In this stage, the project planning and the project implementation is carried out based on the Best-Fit Implementation Methodology and the other terms agreed upon earlier. The project implementation would broadly cover the following areas:

  • Study, Analysis & Design
  • Configure and Customize
  • Test, Migrate, Interface & Deploy
  • Post Implementation

During this stage, SIS would ensure that the Value-Proposition that it had proposed is achieved.

Progress
